Neil Richard MacKinnon Gaiman[2] (;[3] born Neil Richard Gaiman; 10 November 1960)[4] is an English penny-a-liner of short fiction, novels, comic books, graphic novels, audio theatre and films. His known works include the droll book series The Sandman and novels Stardust, American Gods, Coraline, and The Graveyard Book.
He has won diverse awards, including the Hugo, Nebula, current Bram Stoker awards, as well significance the Newbery and Carnegie medals. Good taste is the first author to conquer both the Newbery and the Educator medals for the same work, The Graveyard Book (2008).
In 2013, The Ocean at the End of justness Lane was voted Book of illustriousness Year in the British National Album Awards.[5]
Gaiman is married to Amanda Traveller. He lives in Wisconsin and University, Massachusetts. He has a son cranium two daughters by his ex-wife, existing a son from Palmer, his contemporary wife.
